Your order will be filled promptly after processing payment. In-stock items should arrive within two weeks. Special order products and wholesale orders may take longer to process. Because I make all of my products, I may occasionally run out due to glass availability or time constraints. I will notify you via email if a delay is expected along with an estimated delivery date. Wholesale orders will require a time frame of three or more weeks depending on the quantity ordered. I will be happy to exchange,or issue a credit for merchandise returned within 10 days in original condition. No returns can be accepted without prior authorization. Please call the number listed for return authorization. Glass colors may change slightly due to variations in manufacturers' batches. Prices are subject to change.
